Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

More than 7 days before the event:
You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund minus 10% administrative charges.

Between 3 to 6 days before the event:
A 50% refund of the total advance amount will be issued.

Within 72 hours (3 days) of the event:
No refund will be given, as full preparations would have been made by this time.

To cancel your event booking, please email or call us at least 3 days in advance with the following details:

Date of event
Reason for cancellation
Mode of payment

In rare situations such as natural calamities, technical issues, or emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel an event. In such cases:

A 100% refund will be processed within 7 working days

Or you may opt to reschedule the event without any extra charges

If you wish to reschedule your event instead of canceling:

You must inform us at least 3 days prior to the original event date

Rescheduling will be done once at no additional charge, subject to availability

Failure to show up for the event without prior cancellation notice will result in no refund or rescheduling.
